Vendor Information

Please note: This information is likely to change. This is a guideline only. We are adapting as we go to ensure we can hold this event safely. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us. 

Event Date: Saturday 21st November, 2020

Opening Hours: 10am - 6pm 


Set-up Time:

  • Anytime between 7am - 9.30am on Saturday 21st November. Please do not arrive before 7am on Saturday.

  • Drop-off - you can drive up to your stand, unload to your stand space and then go to park. Please keep the unload time to a minimum so we can ensure a fast and efficient load in for everyone!

  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions this year we won't have volunteers to help you set up and breakdown your stand. You must be prepared to setup and breakdown your stand by yourself. Please email us with any specific concerns.

  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions this year we are no longer able to offer booth sitting. However, we will have back in 5 minute signs to place in front of your stand. Our staff can wait inside your stand whilst you pop out for 5 minutes to have a break.  


Break-down Time: You MUST wait till the event finishes before breaking down. You may continue to break-down your booth until 8pm Saturday, 21st November. 

Location: Shoreline City Hall Car Park,17500 Midvale Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133


  • Set-up and break-down parking. You can either drive up and unload at your stand, or park on the top floor of the City Hall Car Park and bring items to/from your car.

  • For during the event, we'd like to use this space for visitors to the market, so after you have loaded in, please park in nearby parking (suggestions will be updated closer to the event).

Booth Space: 

  • Upon arrival at the Shoreline City Hall parking lot, check in at the front desk. Your booth location will be emailed out to you at least 1 week in advance of the event.

  • Remember to bring your own tables and chairs. Fixtures, tables, etc must fit within your 10'x10' space. This will be strictly enforced! 

Power: There won't be any outlets at the stands. If you need any special requirements please email Pam at

Social Distancing:We will update this information by the 1st of November. Details will talk about how to handle social distancing, what to provide on your booth, take payment etc.

Prize Drawing: If you indicated you will donate an item to the prize draw, we will contact you for drop off arrangements. The prize draw will be done ahead of the event this year.

Food Options: This year there will be food trucks. There will be a breakout room available for vendors with light refreshments. This is inside the Shoreline City Hall.

Customer Change: Be sure to bring plenty of change for customers. We do encourage you to provide electronic payment.


Liability: The City of Shoreline, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department will not be responsible for any item or equipment lost, damaged or stolen.
