The Creative Learning Pod is offered Monday-Friday each week from October 19 through December 18.

Pod Calendar

The Creative Learning Pod follows the Shoreline School District's Elementary (K-5) Remote Continuous Learning 2.0 Bell Schedule with arts and dance instruction taking place in the afternoons.

The pod runs Monday-Friday, 8:25 AM - 4:45 PM, including on Early-Release Wednesdays, and the days before and after Thanksgiving!

The pod will not meet on Thursday, Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving).

The pod meets in the Fellowship Hall in the basement of the church building. The entrance to the Fellowship Hall is behind the church as you are facing it from Aurora Avenue (across from Hopelink on the West side of the building). Please do not park or enter the building at any other location.

COVID-19 Safety

Safety is paramount. Here are the precautions that the Arts Council is taking to keep pod students, families, staff, and the community safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pod COVID-19
  • Staggered drop-off and pick-up times to avoid crowding at entrance/exit

  • Daily temperature checks and health questionnaires at drop-off

  • Strict no-admittance policy for households displaying any symptoms of COVID-19

  • No more than 10 people (8 students and 2 instructors) gathered together

  • Social distancing maintained by spacing student work and play areas apart

  • Masks worn at all times

  • Routine cleaning and disinfecting throughout and at end of each day

  • Basic medical supplies available for cuts, scrapes, bug bites, etc.

  • Masks, gloves, disinfectants, and other cleaning supplies available at all times

  • Secured building

  • Students signed in and out daily only by pre-approved adults
