The Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council offers many volunteer opportunities. Volunteering at the Arts Council connects you with the vibrant local arts and culture community, while providing you with an opportunity to utilize your expertise and learn new skills. We rely on volunteers in all aspects of this nonprofit organization: as members of the Board of Directors and various committees, for our programs and events, and in our office and gallery. Board Members

The Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council is currently recruiting new board members. We are looking for candidates who care deeply about the mission of the Arts Council, are able to donate time and money as required in by-laws, and have an existing network of contacts (personal and/or organizational) that can help to benefit the organization.

• Office 12-5 M-F : help in our office, with mailings, filing and data entry
• Ushering: Assisting at our Arts in Culture events on weekend evenings
• Shoreline Arts Festival and Benefit GALA 2009: A variety of shifts available prior to and during the festival, as well as set up and help during the GALA
