Artists Wanted for 2009 Gallery Schedule

The Shoreline-LFP Arts Council is looking for artists to show in the Gallery at the Shoreline Center. If selected, artwork must be able to be hand delivered to the Arts Council office. Artists are invited to submit 10-15 images on slides, prints (no color copies please) or digital media that reflect a cohesive body of work, resume, artist’s statement, slide list with title, medium and size and SASE for return of materials to the address below. Please label slides or prints with artist’s name, medium used, size and an arrow indicating top. No original work please.

The three or four person exhibits last two months with each artist showing approximately 12 pieces. All work shown in the Gallery must be original and for sale. A 30% commission will be taken on all sales. The Arts Council will host an After Hours Reception for the artists during the show. Call for Small Works - ongoing

The Arts Council is looking for three dimensional artwork (clay, sculpture, wood, mixed media etc) and jewelry under $80 to have for sale in the Gallery at the Shoreline Center. Artwork must be original and a 30% commission will be taken on all sales. Small works pieces are often on display for several months with inventory changing on a rotating basis based on season and sales. If interested please email description of process and examples and prices of work to the Gallery Director.
