OVERVIEW

The Arts Council offers scholarship options for students living in Shoreline or Lake Forest Park and may be directed towards our sponsored camps – Art4Teens Camp, Shoreline Jazz Camp, and August Arts Camp.

All of our scholarship options are age specific as highlighted below. Highest consideration will be given to students with financial need.

To be considered for a scholarship award, please review the following guidelines:

TIMELINE

Deadline: applications will be accepted and considered until Friday, June 16, 2017.

Students will be notified by letter or email within two weeks of their scholarship request.

AWARD AMOUNTS | AGE CRITERIA | SUPPORTING MATERIALS

 Art4Teens Camp Scholarship 

– Up to $100 applied to the registration fees | Registration is $270.

– Open to students who have recently completed 6th through 12th grades.

– Scholarship Application is required, no other supporting materials are needed.

– Must be a Shoreline or Lake Forest Park resident.

August Arts Camp Scholarship

– Up to $100 applied to the registration fees | Registration is $270.

– Open to students who have recently completed 2nd through 5th grades.

– Scholarship Application is required, no other supporting materials are needed.

– Must be a Shoreline or Lake Forest Park resident.

Shoreline Jazz Camp Scholarship

– Up to $230 applied to the registration fees  | Registration is $330.

– Open to students who have recently completed 7th through 12th grades.

– Scholarship Application is required, no other supporting materials are needed.

– Preference is given to Shoreline or Lake Forest Park residents.
