Join Chef Pinar Ozhal to learn about her ethnic Kurdish background through her family recipes. Highlighting yogurt, a staple in Kurdish cuisine, learn to make Katıklı Dolma, (bulgur and beef patties encased in zucchini slices topped with garlic yogurt sauce and red pepper butter) and Ispanak Borani (spinach with yogurt and garlic). A limited amount of samples will be available.
