Andrew Wyeth is one of America’s best loved painters, famous for Christina’s World and beautiful impressions of his New England countryside. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the artist’s birth, the Seattle Art Museum will host Andrew Wyeth: In Retrospect from October 19 – January 15. This lecture and discussion examines key works in the show and outlines the American master’s 75-year career, his art and his legacy.
