_____ Missoula Children's Theatre Audition registration 3-6 pm

Thursday, June 25, 10-5 pm
_____ Move & set up panels for various art shows
_____ Put up signs
_____ Set up Junior Art Show, Photography Show, 2-D or 3-D Art Show (circle preference)

Friday, June 26, 10-5 pm
_____ Set up indoor tables and chairs
_____ Put up signs
_____ Set up Junior Art Show, Photography Show, 2-D or 3-D Art Show (circle preference)

Saturday, June 27, 7-9:30 am
_____ Set up tables & chairs
_____ Help Craft vendors unload & set-up
_____ Decorate entrances
_____ Put up outdoor signs

Saturday June 27 (10-8) &/or Sunday, June 29 (10-5) (Please specify day & times preferred)
_____ Juried 2-D, Artisan, or Photography Show Sitter (circle preference)
_____ Junior Art Show Sitter
_____ Hands-on Art Booth helper
_____ Videographer to document event (we would provide videotape)
_____ Monitor food areas

Sunday, June 28, 5-8 pm
_____ Clean up!!!!! Includes removing signs, putting away tables & chairs, storing art panels, helping vendors load, sweeping, and other general cleaning tasks.
_____ Take down Juried Art, Photography and Junior Art shows and help return to owners
